How do your drops work?
Most of our products are released as limited edition drops. Once an item is sold out, it is typically gone forever. We recommend following our app or newsletter for real-time release notifications.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days for domestic orders and longer for international shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders move into fulfillment almost immediately after placement. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
